Our monthly inspection service spots issues early so you're never caught out between guests.  Experience has taught us where problems arise, and a typical inspection will check the function of taps, toilet seats, smoke alarms, wifi, small appliances, and locks, keysafes, handles and latches to name just a few.  We can monitor and report on meter readings, oil levels, and ensure your PAT testing and electrical certification is compliant and up to date.  If we find a minor problem during an inspection, we will fix it on the spot wherever possible and report back to you.

Many owners ask us to conduct a thorough inspection at the end of the letting season to identify and resolve issues, and help owners living remotely make larger improvements by arranging for trusted contractors to replace carpets, appliances, windows or doors for example.

We provide detailed reports with photos via email and WhatsApp, giving you complete visibility even when you're not on-site. After storms or during seasonal transitions, we can check your property thoroughly to ensure everything remains in perfect working order.
